the service was amazing. the hospitality i experienced will certainly be remembered. i found the staff to be courteous and helpful at all times. i definitely plan to return for another stay in the future.

The restaurant had a few flies. It was a very minor issue, though.

The staff were excellent and always ready to help. Pranjal and Yogesh specifically provided great service. The food was delicious with a good variety. I found tasty options ranging from North to South Indian dishes and continental choices.

The air conditioner in the room did not work well. Maintenance did not provide a temporary fan or immediate solution. This impacted my comfort during the night.
